Why do I call it Beans? When public RP bases started to pop-up on Everlasting I decided I wanted a bookshop coffeehouse. These are my favorite hangouts IRL, so why not make something comfortable in my digital home?

Back in the day, when White Wolf Publishing still owned The World of Darkness games, I played a vampire on their Digitchat nightmare called New Bremen Online. In that “game” one of my characters opened a coffeehouse called Beans n’ Worms – coffee beans and bookworms. I pulled it from the shallow grave of gamer nerd antiquity and gave it form in Paragon City.

I only intended to build this beloved coffeehouse. Then…why not a French Bistro? A park nearby would be good. Then I’m done for sure. Not really.

Beans base keeps growing and is actively played in and supported by the wonderful RP community on the Everlasting server.
